Comparing your reaction to bOb’s reaction is a good example why I am equally surprised when I find out what I create sounds like to the ears and minds of others. As Spock might say, it is fascinating, and all good!
Personally, this left an intensely positive emotional response in me. I find it dissonant and other-worldly as well, but in such exquisite, surreal beauty. This is what music SHOULD feel like, to me- new and surprising.

That’s very dissonant and other-worldly. It makes me uncomfortable. It’s interesting that music can generate such a negative emotional response.
