The Mythology of Wizards

The Mythology of Wizards is a polytuned musique concrète, partially acousmatic piece. It is NOT pretty music, instead it is a loud raucous exploration, or rather, exploitation, of sound texture. All of the material presented here is a result of manipulating a series of field recordings taken from one trip to Guitar Center. The tunings used are a recording filtered to an unconstrained harmonic series rooted in D, 12 edo, 17 edo and inharmonic series.
